UX Writer 2017- Now
Working as a member of the copy and tone team in the design department I have helped improve the customer experience for clients through the use of copy.
My current role involves me changing user journeys from barely palatable to profitable through the use of copy. Previously I have worked in marketing, creating copy for billboards, mailers and even radio (a personal favourite). I can be described as a very conceptual thinker and when not writing for banking, I spend my free time reading and writing novels about witches, aliens and angels. Because being a writer is not only what I do, but who I am, I am always keen to take up any writing challenge.

Working as a member of the above the line team, alongside my artdirector, I helped to creatively deliver on the briefs assigned to us by the clients.
As part of the programme, duties included learning about the industry and the roles involved in an advertising agency by rotating through the different departments.
As part of my bursary, I completed vacation work at Meraka Institute.
